Not many rules, but they are the harshest ones :3

Rule 1: You most notify a moderator BEFORE you make arrangements with somebody to work out a service with you.

Rule 2: A moderator will ask BOTH people for a confirmation of payment.
If a payment has not been made, the person paying to have that service done, will receive a temporary mute, as well as a ban from the board.

Rule 3: A request for a middleman is acceptable. Note: Only moderators+ can middleman.
